As a Merchant using the Nine software to sell your products and/or services

Email, first name, last name- To allow setup of a Nine account and allow us a way to get in contact with you (for updates, invoices or any other reason connected to your nine store that we may need to reach you).

Store name, Country located, currency, Support email- Allows the creation of your store, the currency within your country that will then be tied to your store. The support email is important so that we can allow your customers to get in touch with you if they have a dispute or query relating to your service or products.

Card details- This is so that we can bill you for your monthly subscription to Nine and have a live Nine store.

Personal Identification- It may be necessary at times for us to ask for personal identification. This is to verify your Identity and help prevent fraud. This could also be to make sure we are talking to the correct person.

As a customer using the Nine software to buy a product or service from a merchant

Email, name, address and other details that you provide in the process of purchasing an item or service on a Nine store- This information is needed by the owner of the Nine store in order to complete your order for the product or service that you are purchasing from them.

Payment information- Payment information needed to process the payment for the product or service you are purchasing from a Nine store. We use Stripe for payment processing and adhere to PCI standards. We do not store or collect your payment card details, that information is provided directly to Stripe’s servers, whose use of your personal information is governed under their Privacy Policy. Stripe adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Use of Cookies
